Paramore's latest album After Laughter channels 80s synth vibes and originally has a soft pastel style and features abstract 3D shapes. The album has an upbeat pop sound, but the lyrics cover sensitive topics such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and suicide. This redesign exercise is based off of their costumes in one of the title tracks, "Hard Times." It highlights the three members, who had once broken up and are now back together, and the underlying edge of laughter.
